– Own transport – 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician – Computer Literate – Must be able to shop around for parts and prices and quotes. – Hands on administration – Must control maintenance on vehicles and equipment – Estate maintenance team – about 8 workers. – Security maintenance team (3 technicians) who manage fence, gates, tree gates and 300 cameras. Compensation- depending on experience. No overtime.
