Job Summary
Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties): – Conduct online and on-site training as required by our clients – Produce training videos as required – Prepare and update training content on an ongoing basis – Maintain and track the our demo database (including regular data cleaning) – Continuous improvement of Training documentation and processes (SOPâ??s) – Coordinate, plan and booking for travel – Ensure training support tickets are up to date – Continuous updating of Learn Online content – Complete weekly feedback to all stakeholders – Submit all required post-training feedback to clients and relevant departments – Timeously escalate any barriers to completing training – Maintain Training stats documentation – Compile and present stats in internal notifications and presentations – Ensure that training is updated with relevant Hotfix updates – Continuous learning of our product as it evolves – Assist with user testing Experience, Qualifications and skills: – This person should have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. – Strong administrative skills. – Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is a plus
