About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Alberton. As a sales professional with a passion for the culinary world, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the hospitality industry. If you have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of hospitality operations, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, chains, lodges, and other hospitality outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, chefs, F&B managers, procurement officers, Executive Housekeepers and hospitality executives.
- Present and promote company’s Works apparel, highlighting quality, innovation, and suitability for the industry.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows, events, and culinary expos to represent company’s Works and generate leads.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, catering supplies, or apparel/uniforms.
- Previous experience selling into hotels, restaurants, or lodges is highly advantageous.
- A passion for the culinary world and understanding of hospitality operations will be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the hospitality, catering, foodservice, or related industry.
Qualifications
Matric Tertiary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred but not essential.
