Hire Resolve`s client, a dynamic FMCG plastics manufacturing company specializing in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Key Accounts Manager) to join their Sales Department. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, manage key accounts, and drive strategic growth in the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the FMCG sector, fostering long-term business relationships and customer loyalty.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the FMCG plastics manufacturing industry to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at key accounts, delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and enhance the sales teams product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or key account management role within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Sage Evolution software, and sales analytics tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in plastics manufacturing or packaging industries.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and solutions.
- Familiarity with local and international FMCG markets.
