About the Role
Crown Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer for our Amanzimtoti-based client, to ensure the highest standards of safety across construction sites and plant operations within the greater Durban/KZN region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Liaise effectively with building management, contractors, and construction teams.
- Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company standards across domestic, residential, and commercial projects.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safety best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in construction safety on active sites/projects.
- Experience across domestic/residential and commercial construction projects.
- Valid unendorsed drivers license with own reliable transport.
- No criminal record.
- References from previous employers, including current contact details, are essential.
- Must be registered with the SACPCMP.
