Job Description
- Project Execution: Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Site Management: Oversee site preparation, earthworks, concrete pouring, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, conducting inspections and safety briefings.
- Planning & Control: Monitor budgets, prepare material take-offs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordination: Manage contractors and work crews, ensuring proper use of equipment.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in mining.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings,, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project/Spreadsheets.
