We are seeking a Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of a 12-month project (with a 1-month probation period). The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong communication across multiple stakeholders.Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, agendas, and minutes, coordinating meetings and events, tracking milestones and deliverables, and assisting with budgets, procurement, updating social media platforms and progress reporting. You will liaise with partners, suppliers, and beneficiaries, ensuring efficient communication and smooth execution of project activities.Applicants must hold a relevant diploma (administration/management or similar) and have over 3 years experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably within fast-paced environments. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential. You should be proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate high attention to detail.The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
