Job Summary

L2 Technical Support Engineers Cape Town (IT & Network Support)A UK-based client is expanding into SA and hiring skilled Level 2 Engineers for IT support and network support roles. This is a full-time, office-based position in Cape Town CBD.What youll do:Resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows systemsConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VPNs, and network devicesProvide remote support to UK clients via phone, email, and remote toolsWork closely with 1st line engineers and deliver high-level serviceRequirements:2+ years’ experience in an L2 IT or network support roleExperience with M365, AD, Intune, networking, and firewall toolsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsEnglish fluency (written and verbal)Nice to have:CompTIA A+ / Network+, MS-900, AZ-900, or CCNAIT diploma/degreeImportant:This is a Level 2 role. Do not apply if you do not meet the required experience. This is the only open position at present.
