Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a focus on paediatrics? A trusted provider of disability and allied health services is expanding their team in Queensland and is looking for a dedicated professional to join their mission of improving lives through person-centred care.
 
Locations: Sunshine Coast & Fraser Coast, Queensland
Salary: A$85,000 – A$110,000 per year (based on experience)

The Role:
You’ll work with children and families to assess, plan, and deliver effective therapeutic interventions that support developmental milestones and daily living skills. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on holistic, evidence-based care.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments (physical, psychological, social)
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Provide paediatric-focused therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with allied health professionals and families
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Stay updated on current OT research and best practices
 
About You:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
Valid AHPRA registration
3–5 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus in paediatric OT
Proficient in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and collaborative approach to care
