Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through business development and account management
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for client roles
- Provide expert advice and consultative support to clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in 360° recruitment
- Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and client retention. This is a non-negotiable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes within an agency environment
- Proficiency in candidate assessment, interviewing, and database management
