About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Bluff Personnel in Ballito, KZN. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide financial administrative and cashier services as required
- Maintain accurate records and perform general office administration tasks
- Utilize strong numerical and mathematical skills to process transactions and manage finances
- Multitask and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics / Accounting
- Min. Diploma in Accounting / Finance qualification
- 2-years Cashier experience
- Strong Financial/ Numerical/ Math skills
- Min. 2-years exp in MS Office / Finance systems
- Valid Code 8 drivers license

Salary & Benefits
The salary range is R7 000 – R10 000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
