1. Encourage cross-stream synergies to improve overall impact, operational consistency, and cost effectiveness.
2. Act as the main negotiator and external representation for important stakeholders.
3. Determine, evaluate, and reduce risks related to operations, finances, regulations, and reputation.
4. Oversee, coach, and grow the operational leadership group while promoting a culture of responsibility, excellence, and ongoing development.
5. Senior managers and important functional leads should have direct line management.
6. Create and oversee a structured operational schedule that includes performance check-ins, operational reviews, and weekly management meetings.
