Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Qualified diesel mechanic and or trade test certificates
– Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems, and building maintenance.
– Proven experience in maintaining the following
o General maintenance
o Electrical
o Welding & lathe
o Pumps
o Servicing of tractors
– Proven experience to manage all maintenance activities which includes typically the following: planning, Job Cards, time management, maintenance personnel management, client liaison, supply support of maintenance materials and other.
– Previous experience with fabrication, design, repairs and maintenance of the factory
– Computer literate
– Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Valid driver’s license
