Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Banqueting Coordination Plan and coordinate all banquet and event activities, from initial inquiry to execution. Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and ensure personalized service. Collaborate with the culinary, F&B, and operations teams to execute flawless events. Manage event logistics, including setups, timelines, and guest preferences. Ensure all events meet the lodge`s high service and quality standards. Reservations Management Manage all lodge reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. Respond to inquiries and communicate with guests professionally and promptly. Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and manage availability. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle special requests, cancellations, and adjustments to reservations. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of banqueting and event logistics is essential.
