About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Lodge Anchor to join our team at Hazyview Lodge. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
- Courtesy calls daily
- Assisting with Check ins and check out
- Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals
- Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave)
- Managing front office day sheets
- Maintaining gate access manifest
- Ensuring accurate guests’ information
- Processing guest invoicing
- Supporting Waiters, Venues and service
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
