A luxury lodge near Bela-Bela / Modimolle is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the Head of Housekeeping in maintaining world-class cleanliness and presentation standards. This is a live-out position , ideal for someone local with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the housekeeping team and daily room checks Ensure all guest areas, laundry, and staff facilities are maintained to the highest standards Monitor inventory and assist with ordering of cleaning and guest supplies Train and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence Coordinate with maintenance and front office to ensure smooth operations Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in housekeeping supervision or management (lodge or hotel environment preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Must reside in or near Bela-Bela / Modimolle (live-out role) Package: Competitive salary (based on experience) Live-out position Great opportunity to join a respected lodge team in the Waterberg region
