Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
- Ensure legal compliance and best practices in employment policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture
- Lead performance management, appraisals, and talent development initiatives
- Handle payroll coordination and HR reporting in partnership with Finance
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and staffing levels
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s vision and guest service excellence
Requirements:
- Local citizens
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with strong emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
