About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bela-Bela, responsible for driving new and used vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in motor vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new and used vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting, lead generation, test drives, and finance applications to delivery
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness
- Ensure showroom presentation and stock display standards are met
Requirements
- Proven track record in motor vehicle sales (new and/or used)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid drivers license
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
