About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Guide to join our team in the Waterberg region. As a key member of our guiding team, you will be responsible for leading guided tours, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours in Big 5 reserves and luxury 5-star lodges
- Manage and mentor a guiding team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement effective tour itineraries and planning strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Minimum FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) or equivalent guiding qualification
- Valid Trails Guide qualification
- Proven experience as a Head Guide or Safari Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience guiding in Big 5 reserves and luxury 5-star lodges
