FULFILMENT MANAGER (BULK): WAREHOUSE
[DEPT / DIVISION] ORDER FULFILMENT
[REPORTS TO] OPERATIONS MANAGER: WAREHOUSE
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Fulfilment Manager (Bulk) to own the end-to-end performance of Bulk orders within our Warehouse operation. This role is responsible for driving consolidation efficiency, planned execution, and cost control, while acting as the operational shock absorber to protect Singles fulfilment flow.
You will oversee Bulk fulfilment from picking and packing through to consolidation and dispatch, ensuring work is deliberately sequenced based on SLA requirements and route flexibility. You will lead Team Leaders, build batching and consolidation capability, and ensure Bulk operations do not congest shared warehouse resources. During peak, promotional and month-end periods, after-hours support will be required to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Own end-to-end Bulk fulfilment flow from picking to dispatch
- Drive operational planning and consolidation efficiency
- Balance productivity, cost, and service levels deliberately
- Lead and develop Team Leaders to strengthen execution capability
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth volume flow and cut-off compliance

You are hands-on, quality-orientated, and driven to get things right the first time. Calm under pressure, you thrive in fast-paced operational settings and naturally take charge of flow and execution.
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Warehouse or Production environment
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
- Exposure to SLA / OTIF-driven operations
- Experience in batching and consolidation environments
- Proven experience managing people, productivity, and operational flow

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Experience managing consolidation efficiency at scale
- Strong understanding of capacity planning and real-time execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities
- Experience in high-volume order processing environments
- Proven ability to reduce rework and improve fulfilment accuracy environments
