We are looking for a motivated Junior Costing Clerk to join our FinOps Department in Cape Town. This role provides clerical and administrative support in project costing, purchase order processing, and financial data management across multiple group entities.Its an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to build their career in finance and project operations while working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Support the Operational Accountant with day-to-day project costing tasks. Capture and update BOQ templates in Odoo and project data in Monday.com. Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders in line with approved budgets. File and maintain financial and project costing records. Provide administrative support for reporting and compliance tasks.Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics (NQF 4).At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience (finance or project admin preferred).Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.PreferredDiploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Project Administration (NQF 6).Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo) or project management tools (Monday.com).Familiarity with purchase order and project costing processes.Experience in the telecoms / fibre industry.Send your CV and a short motivation.
