SENIOR PROPERTY ANALYST – BELLVILLE, WC
Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Property Analyst for our esteemed client in the investment sector. This permanent, full-time role based in Bellville offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide expert property analysis, investment recommendations, and strategic support to the firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of the property market, and a proven track record of identifying profitable investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of the property market, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, to identify investment opportunities.

Evaluate property performance, market trends, and financial metrics to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.

Prepare detailed investment reports, including risk assessments, financial models, and market outlooks.

Collaborate with the investment team to assess new property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategies.

Monitor and track the performance of the firms existing property portfolio and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies on potential property investments.
-
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, property managers, and external partners.

Provide regular updates on market trends, legislative changes, and other factors impacting property investments.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Mentor junior analysts and provide support in their professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. Post-graduate qualifications or professional certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years experience in property analysis, real estate investment, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of property market trends, financial analysis, and investment strategies.

Proficient in property analysis tools, financial modeling software, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Proven track record of successful property investment analysis and strategy development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working with investment firms or property development companies is preferred.
