About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Property Analyst for our esteemed client in the investment sector. This permanent, full-time role based in Bellville offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide expert property analysis, investment recommendations, and strategic support to the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of the property market, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, to identify investment opportunities.
- Evaluate property performance, market trends, and financial metrics to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare detailed investment reports, including risk assessments, financial models, and market outlooks.
- Collaborate with the investment team to assess new property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategies.
- Monitor and track the performance of the firm’s existing property portfolio and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies on potential property investments.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, property managers, and external partners.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, legislative changes, and other factors impacting property investments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide support in their professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property analysis, real estate investment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property market trends, financial analysis, and investment strategies.
- Proficient in property analysis tools, financial modeling software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proven track record of successful property investment analysis and strategy development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with investment firms or property development companies is preferred.
