Requirements:
- Cost Management Ensure accurate financial planning & control
- Estimating Prepare BOQs, analyse tenders, and manage costs
- Contract Administration Handle contract documentation & compliance
- Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management Negotiate, finalize, and track agreements
- Revenue & Cash Flow Management Maximise opportunities & ensure positive cash flow
- Reporting Maintain accurate cost reports & financial assessments
Responsibilities:
- BSc (Hons) or BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 2+ years experience in construction contracting (Building Projects preferred)
- Expertise in JBCC, CCS, QTO, & MS Excel
- Strong financial acumen & knowledge of operational construction processes
- Attention to detail, leadership, adaptability & problem-solving skills
