Are you the person who spots the typo everyone else missed? Do you enjoy writing strong English copy, creating engaging social media content, and keeping things organised and running smoothly? Were looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant who takes pride in doing things properly. This is a varied role combining administration, content creation, coordination and day-to-day support. THE ROLE Reviewing and editing written content to ensure excellent English, grammar and clarity. Drafting and scheduling social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Providing general administrative support and organisation. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Handling emails and ensuring important communication and follow-ups are managed. Preparing documents, reports and presentations. Assisting with errands and practical day-to-day tasks when needed. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Excellent written English and a strong eye for detail. Confidence creating and managing social media content. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Reliable, proactive, professional and solutions focused. Administrative experience is essential. A valid drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle (essential). Matric qualification. Fluent in English with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills. Previous Personal Assistant or administrative experience. Residing in the East Rand.
