About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communications and visits
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Present product information and pricing to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company sales objectives
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, proven track record of achieving sales targets, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
