About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at Intro Real Estate. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative, content creation, and coordination services to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and editing written content to ensure excellent English, grammar, and clarity.
- Drafting and scheduling social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Providing general administrative support and organisation.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling emails and ensuring important communication and follow-ups are managed.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with errands and practical day-to-day tasks when needed.
Requirements

- Confidence creating and managing social media content.
