Duties and responsibilities: Service existing and new customers effectively by maintaining a regular call pattern. Form dynamic business relationships with existing and new customers. Acquire new customers and new business. Increase sales with existing customers. Ensure that customers always have sufficient stock. Solve problems efficiently. Maintain a professional business attitude in all daily transactions. Maintain sound administration practices, including reports. Manage client relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally between all departments to deliver solutions tailored to the clients needs.
