About the Role
Skelton Mobile is seeking experienced Call Centre Agents to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while driving sales and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries regarding airtime, PUK codes, and phone setups
- Managing SIM swaps, data configurations, and network-related issues
- Promoting mobile plans, data packages, and upselling
- Meeting daily call volumes and sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of call centre experience
- Preferable from MTN or related industry

No formal qualifications are required for this role.
