Job Description
We have positions available for Truck drivers code 14 experienced in logistics and driving heavy trucks.
Main responsibilities are:
- Driving and Operations: Operate and drive code 14 truck in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load Securement: Load, unload, and properly secure all cargo. This includes using straps, chains, and tarps to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Vehicle Inspection: Perform thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and ongoing inspections of the truck and trailer to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow safe and efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Paperwork and Record-keeping: Complete all required paperwork accurately, including delivery logs, mileage, fuel usage, and payment or invoice processing.
- Cargo Integrity: Ensure the quality and integrity of the transported goods are maintained throughout the journey.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers regarding schedules, delays, and delivery status.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, collect payments, and process necessary documents upon delivery
Qualifications and Experience

Valid Code 14 – PrDP

35 years experience in long-distance or local truck/commercial driving.

Experience with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or commercial delivery vehicles.

Clean driving record and excellent safety awareness.
