Job Summary
- Grade 12
- Administration experience within a similar environment essential
- Planning, organizing and controlling skills – the ability to plan / organize activities to meet all operational requirements
- Dealing with staff discipline and poor performance
- Chep Portal and Market Master system experience will be advantageous
Duties:
- Collect CHEP THAN (transfer higher agreement note) daily from receiving
- Reconcile between the CHEP THAN and delivery GRV for crate, bins, and pallet deliveries
- Accept and confirm correct transfers (between DC`s) and transactions posted by suppliers
- Resolve queries on crates, bins and pallets by communicating with the DC administration and buyers
- View or remove queries requiring authorization
- Creating corrections requests that will be sent to the supplier who can accept or reject the request
- Download the supplier transaction listing older than 7 days for crates and older than 3 days for bins and inform senior management / buyers
