If you’re a dynamic duo who loves the bush, great service, and creating magical guest experiences, this could be your next adventure ✨ Field Guide Requirements: Valid South African Guide’s Licence & PDP FGASA NQF 4 with Backup Trails (Lead Trails beneficial) Minimum 3 years’ Big 5 guiding experience Valid First Aid certificate Strong hosting, communication & interpersonal skills Basic vehicle maintenance & radio communication knowledge ️ Field Guide Responsibilities: Conduct game drives and bush walks with safety and passion Share in-depth knowledge of wildlife, birds, plants & conservation Host guests during meals & sundowners Maintain vehicles, rifles and all guiding equipment Assist with camp support where needed Front of House Requirements: Experience as a Waiter or Restaurant Floor Manager Guest-focused with a warm, service-driven personality Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails Basic understanding of stock control and service flow Front of House Responsibilities: Ensure flawless table setup and guest service Communicate effectively with the kitchen team Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Be professional, presentable and passionate about hospitality This position offers a fantastic chance to work in a family-friendly lodge surrounded by nature, where every day brings something new and beautiful.
