Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve workflows, production processes, and equipment layouts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

ISO Compliance:

Ensure that operations and processes adhere to relevant ISO 9001 (Quality Management) standards

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data related to production, quality, and safety to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Documentation Management:

Create, update, and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and quality control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.

Project Management:

Participate in and contribute to the execution of projects aimed at improving processes, implementing new technologies, or addressing specific issues related to efficiency or compliance.

Training and Support:

Assist in training employees on new processes, procedures, or equipment, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Problem Solving:

Investigate and resolve issues related to production, quality, or safety, working with other teams to implement effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

Safety:

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
