Minimum Requirements: 23 years experience in a Food & Beverage management role. Proven experience within a fine-dining environment. Hands-on experience with Pilot, GAAP, and Market Man systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professional, service-driven, and highly organized.
