About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Designer/Sales Consultant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Customer Sales
- Advising on how to install our products
- Designing residential gardens
- Presenting designs to Clients
- Preparing Quotes for Customers
- Telesales
- Quoting on Tenders
- Booking out Sales Orders
- Providing internal support function for Key Account Managers and or Reps
- Receiving and liaising with customers in regards to incidents or complaints
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at All times
- Ability to work under pressure
- Technically minded
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Driven by results, committed to meeting deadlines, ambitious and dedicated, taking on full responsibility and ownership of the position.
Requirements
- Skills in landscape design and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong technical knowledge of landscaping products and services
- Proven sales experience
Qualifications
- Formal education in Landscape Architecture or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
