Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) SAGMA registration advantageous Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, C-Works, Kairos) Basic understanding of milling production processes and quality control Knowledge of preventative maintenance Familiarity with ISO 22000, OHS, HACCP, and TACCP standards Valid RSA drivers license with own transport Responsibilities: Supervise and assist the team to develop positive working relationships and achieve objectives Ensure personal development and learning according to business and departmental needs Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment; enforce OHS compliance; report safety hazards to HSE Department Ensure compliance with food safety policies, prevent and control contaminants, maintain cleaning and pest management programmes, and support traceability processes Monitor production data and perform visual inspections of material quality at various stages Inspect plant and machinery to support operational maintenance Achieve pass rate requirements and complete apprenticeship as per SAGMA standards Support colleagues as required and perform additional tasks assigned by management Uphold the companys vision, mission, and core values in daily operations
