About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mobile workers, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client regarding security services rendered.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Constantly evaluate service levels provided and make recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
• General management and supervision of security staff.
• Ensure all HR-related queries are dealt with promptly.
• Investigate incidents and submit relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, and project completion.

Requirements

• At least Grade 11 or Grade 12
• Valid PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation
• Numerical literate
• At least 3 years experience in the security industry
• Clear criminal record
• Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or 10)
• PDP 3 Firearm Competency
• Handgun/Shotgun and rifle proficiency
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
