Skills & Experience & Key Attributes A minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or admin role. Matric/Grade12 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. High-energy, proactive, and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently. A passion for customer service and building positive relationships.
