About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client’s team, a leading company in the plastic fabrication industry. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for operating and maintaining Krauss Maffei machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and safety.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the machine running efficiently and minimize downtime.
Possess a deep understanding of the different machine parts and provide support to expert technicians during troubleshooting.
Work to meet and exceed the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.
Efficiently operate and maintain the machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Focus on achieving the highest standards of quality in all produced items.
Set up and continuously monitor the Krauss Maffei machine to ensure smooth operation during production.

Requirements

3+ years experience with injection molding or similar plastic manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for interacting with technicians and other stakeholders.
