Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate technical information and assistance. Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service issues, guiding customers through resolutions. Liaise with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations as required. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately for future reference. Assist in developing technical guides, FAQs, and support materials to enhance customer experience. Stay up to date with industry developments, product updates, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a technical support, sales, or customer service role.
