Job Description
- Managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, and welcoming visitors
- Coordinating boardroom bookings
- Supporting departments with administrative tasks as required
- IT coordination
- Ordering office supplies, cleaning products, and groceries
- Booking travel arrangements through a travel agency
- Booking couriers and coordinating service suppliers for office plants and hygiene services

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
