About the Role
As a Quality Engineer (Bolting) at Profile Personnel, you will be responsible for planning, defining, and coordinating quality audits and inspections across various departments in our manufacturing facilities. Your primary objective will be to maintain and improve product surface quality and mechanical joints by monitoring and reporting on nonconformances and processes. You will drive product improvements based on top faults detected by investigating route causes and initiating corrective actions to meet Konzern Quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing root causes and implement corrective actions for allocated quality problems.
- Interfacing with various departments within the company.
- Present findings / reports at various forums and management structures.
- Liaising with overseas counterparts with regard to build/quality matters.
- Co-ordinate and be accountable for Quality issues.
- Lead cross functional teams when required.
- Monitor and reporting of non-conformances and processes to drive early detection and initiate corrective actions.
Requirements
- Have a minimum National Diploma in one of the following engineering sciences (ND Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy).
- Have 3 -5 years experience within the manufacturing industry.

- BSc Degree / B-Tech Mechanical / Metallurgy or Mechatronics Engineering
