Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in Boksburg, responsible for leading a team of service artisans and ensuring efficient control of cost centre expenses and WIP management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a Team of Service Artisans to repair engines and generators
- Efficient control of cost centre expenses and WIP management
- Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines)
Requirements
- Qualified artisan or mechanic, diesel mechanic, or Earthmoving equipment mechanic
- 5 years experience after qualifying
- 2 years Service Planning experience
- Supervising experience
- Experience with Engine components end to end Process
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, SIS ET, SAP, and CRM
- Valid driver’s license (code B)
