About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tractor Technician to join our team in Bothaville. As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks) and major repairs on tractor engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and brakes.
- Use electronic diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs in the field (on-farm) to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and hours spent on job cards.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in agricultural equipment or heavy machinery.
