About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Bothaville, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring plant equipment operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance teams
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure plant equipment operates efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance planning
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate projects
- Ensure adherence to company maintenance standards and procedures
Requirements
- Experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Previous maintenance supervision experience
- Strong maintenance planning and coordination ability
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
Qualified Artisan Matric / Grade 12 Maintenance Management qualification advantageous
