The Site Manager position is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our site, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards, safety, and productivity. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily and weekly planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply raw materials effectively and according to company standards.
- Provide feedback on tools, processes, or resources needed for optimal performance.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and high-quality standards.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain a professional image and foster strong team relationships.
- Ensure the correct products are used for each task and maintain a safe, clean, and organized site.
- Monitor quality of work and materials; provide feedback to the team and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections, final walkthroughs, and maintain high standards in driving, safety, and site management.
- Report potential safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, vehicles, and the overall site environment.
Requirements
Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proven experience in site supervision or application work (waterproofing, painting, or related fields). Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
