Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk – Bryanston Luxury Property Group | Negotiable CTC Medical Aid 5% Provident Fund Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk to support the finance team of a leading luxury property group. If you love numbers, organisation, and ensuring financial processes run smoothly, this could be your next role! ✨ Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing – Process invoices, credit notes, and purchases accurately. Supplier Reconciliations – Reconcile statements, liaise with suppliers, and resolve discrepancies. Payment Processing – Prepare payment requisitions, manage aged creditors lists, and process payments in Sage One. General Admin Duties – Assist with audits, maintain accounts, and support the Finance Manager. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Creditors/Finance (hospitality/share block/timeshare preferred) Proficient in Sage One & advanced Excel Valid South African ID | Matric with Mathematics Strong communication, numeric, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established luxury property group! ⏳ Note: If you haven’t heard from us within 7 days, please assume your application has not been successful.
