Job Summary

Within the heart of Africa’s breathtaking landscapes, a unique opportunity awaits a driven Payroll Administrator to join a team dedicated to maintaining precise financial records. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a solid foundation in accounting, particularly in payroll processing and regulatory compliance, you are the ideal candidate. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our payroll, directly impacting the well-being of our team and the quality of our guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAGE PEOPLE 300) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
     
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
     
  • Strong accounting skills.
  • A genuine interest in wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.

About the Role:

  • This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing discrepancies, maintaining compliance, and preparing reports. Success relies on strong accounting skills, detail-orientation, and collaboration with HR and finance teams, all while staying current with payroll regulations.

This is a live-out role.
