Job Summary
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAGE PEOPLE 300) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong accounting skills.
- A genuine interest in wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.
About the Role:
- This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing discrepancies, maintaining compliance, and preparing reports. Success relies on strong accounting skills, detail-orientation, and collaboration with HR and finance teams, all while staying current with payroll regulations.
