Bryanston: Secretarial Assistant – Urgently needed posted by Discovery

The ELCNR requires the services of a Secretarial Assistant to support the congregation by taking responsibility for various operational and administrative duties. These include, but are not limited to: Record-keeping and filing Assisting with preparations for church services Producing and distributing newsletters, notices, and other congregational communications Managing petty cash Organising and executing church events Supporting the Congregational Council and pastor with ad-hoc administrative duties, including grounds maintenance, finances, and personnel Assisting with administrative responsibilities related to Noahs Ark KindergartenA more detailed job specification will be made available upon request.Important Information This is a part-time position (less than 40 hours per week, minimum 25 hours). A minimum presence at the church premises is required each day, with some flexibility. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage. Applicants should have 24 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
