Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Mine Manager to join their team based in Limpopo.

Requirements

– Relevant Degree/National Higher Diploma in Metalliferous Mining Engineering.

– A Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.

– Min 10 years of experience in hard rock mining, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.

– Valid Drivers License

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Oversee the effective monitoring of mining operations and processes.

– Support the overall safety, health, and long-term profitability of the shaft.

– Plan, develop, and coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for the shaft.

– Provide leadership to meet ambitious production and safety objectives.

– Maintain underground conditions at consistently high standards.
