• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair needs.
• Open job cards, prepare cost estimates, and obtain customer authorisations.
• Liaise between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Ensure all service documentation and invoicing are completed accurately.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and post-service satisfaction.
• Promote service plans, accessories, and value-added products.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership.
• Strong technical understanding of motor vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Automate / Evolve / Kerridge or similar DMS systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
